Refund policy
يحق للعميل إرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام، شريطة أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية غير مستخدم وفي عبوته الأصلية.
ثانيًا: حالات قبول الإرجاع
- المنتج معيب أو تالف عند الاستلام
- المنتج المستلم مختلف عن المطلوب
- المنتج لم يصل خلال المدة المحددة
ثالثًا: حالات عدم قبول الإرجاع
- المنتجات المستخدمة أو التي أُزيلت عبوتها الأصلية
- المنتجات المخصصة أو المصنوعة بناءً على طلب خاص
- المنتجات التي مضى على استلامها أكثر من 14 يومًا
رابعًا: إجراءات الإرجاع
لبدء طلب الإرجاع، يرجى التواصل مع فريق الدعم قبل إرسال المنتج. سيتم الرد على طلبك خلال 1–3 أيام عمل.

خامسًا: استرداد الأموال
بعد استلام المنتج المُرجَع والتحقق منه، سيتم معالجة استرداد المبلغ خلال 1–7 أيام عمل عبر نفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
سادسًا: تكاليف الشحن
في حال كان الإرجاع بسبب خطأ من المتجر، سيتحمل المتجر تكاليف الشحن. في الحالات الأخرى، تكون تكاليف شحن الإرجاع على عاتق العميل.

1. Return Conditions
Customers may return products within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
2. Accepted Return Cases
- Defective or damaged item upon delivery
- Wrong item received
- Item not delivered within the specified timeframe
3. Non-Returnable Cases
- Used items or items with removed original packaging
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items received more than 14 days ago
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team before sending the item back. Our team will respond to your request within 1–3 business days.

5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 1–7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a store error, shipping costs will be covered by the store. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
