باستخدامك لمتجر Narstore، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي من هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام المتجر.
ثانيًا: المنتجات والأسعار
نحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار أو إيقاف المنتجات في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق. تُعرض الأسعار بالريال السعودي وتشمل الضريبة المضافة حيث ينطبق ذلك.
ثالثًا: الطلبات والدفع
يُعدّ الطلب مؤكدًا بعد إتمام عملية الدفع بنجاح
نحتفظ بحق رفض أي طلب في حال وجود خطأ في السعر أو نفاد المخزون
نقبل وسائل الدفع الإلكترونية المتاحة عبر المتجر
رابعًا: الشحن والتسليم
يتم شحن الطلبات خلال المدة المحددة عند إتمام الشراء. لسنا مسؤولين عن أي تأخير ناتج عن شركات الشحن أو ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.
خامسًا: الإرجاع والاسترداد
تخضع عمليات الإرجاع واسترداد الأموال لسياسة الإرجاع المعتمدة لدينا والمتاحة في المتجر.
سادسًا: الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتويات الموجودة في المتجر من صور ونصوص وشعارات هي ملك حصري لـ Narstore ولا يجوز استخدامها أو نسخها دون إذن مسبق.
سابعًا: المسؤولية
لا يتحمل المتجر أي مسؤولية عن أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام المنتجات أو الخدمات المقدمة.
ثامنًا: التعديلات على الشروط
